SNOW VALLEY JOINS FORCES WITH MOUNTAIN HIGH TO INCREASE VALUE
2015/16 Pass Holders Can Now Ski and Snowboard for FREE at the Other Resort
Running Springs, CA – October 14, 2015: Two of Southern California’s closest and most convenient winter resorts have joined forces to offer skiers and snowboarders even greater value. Snow Valley in Running Springs and Mountain High Resort in Wrightwood are now offering pass holders FREE skiing at the other’s resort, up to three visits per season. That’s up to a $207 value!
Snow Valley, located in the San Bernardino Mountains outside of Los Angeles, is just 20 miles from San Bernardino and is one of the largest resorts in the San Bernardino National Forest. With a fantastic Snow Sports School, Snow Play (sledding), a wide variety of lifts and terrain over 240 acres plus other services, Snow Valley offers a great resort experience close to home. Night skiing is offered from 3pm to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays as well as during holiday periods. More information is available here on the Snow Valley Website.
Mountain High is located in the San Gabriel Mountains, just 20 minutes off I-15 in Wrightwood. Visitors have three separate mountains to choose from including Mountain High’s West Resort, East Resort and North Resort. With a quick, 90-minute drive from Los Angeles and Orange County, skiers and snowboarders can take advantage of a wide variety of lifts and trails, a world-class terrain park, night skiing and snowboarding seven nights a week and more. More information is available at www.mthigh.com.
Together Snow Valley and Mountain High offer 28 lifts, 90 trails, and 530 acres. They are two of the most accessible winter resorts in Southern California and also are two of the snowiest! Due to their geographic location, it’s not uncommon for cold, Alaskan storms to drop considerably more snow on Snow Valley and Mountain High before they push on to other resorts to East.
Both Snow Valley and Mountain High are having pre-season sales with adult, anytime passes as low as $299.
This offer applies to 2015/16 anytime pass holders only who are in good standing with their home mountain. Holiday blackout dates apply.
Kevin Somes, Snow Valley VP & General Manger stated “We’re excited about offering even more value to our pass holders. With forecasts calling for an El Nino season, guests will truly be able to enjoy the benefits of two convenient resorts at an incredible value.”
Said John McColly, Mountain High’s CMO, “We’re proud to offer this benefit to our guests. There isn’t a better season pass value anywhere in the country.”
