The Snow Valley Mountain Patrol is a group of about 90 highly trained volunteers dedicated to skier and snowboarder safety, education and enjoyment. We train in first aid, mountain travel and rescue, avalanche response, toboggan handling, and more.
We are part of the National Ski Patrol, a worldwide organization of more than 30,000 men and women dedicated to the highest standards of emergency medical care.
Our primary objective is to assist the mountain recreational public and to provide emergency care of injured skiers and snowboarders and to make mountain recreation a safe and fun place for all to enjoy.
